Our focus is on building clients' trust by maintaining strong, personal client relationships. While we always like to meet in person, much of our work can be completed online, over email, the phone or video conference (Skype or Google Hangout) and Whatsapp.  We know you want communication, so we remain in touch.



To reduce the barriers between us and our clients, our firm is built from the ground up to embrace technology.  We use industry leading digital signing technology when possible, and collaborate using tools our clients can trust, including Practice Panther, Box, and G Suite.  We do not want trust to be eroded by unpredictable or unreasonable billing, so we have innovative pricing models that will work for our clients, including the Outside General Counsel service for startups and small businesses.  We will work to find a pricing model that work for our clients.
