Marc is admitted to the Bar in Jamaica, Barbados and Belize, and is a certified Professionally Accredited Corporate Secretary (PACS; Govstrat) and Professionally Accredited Director (PAD; Govstrat). He has public and private sector experience and unique multicultural legal experience in Latin America and the Caribbean. His practice areas include public international law, international trade, corporate and commercial law, aviation, and specialised experience with litigation before the Caribbean Court of Justice (Original Jurisdiction) in two landmark cases, including CCJ OA 2 of 2012 Shanique Myrie v Barbados with Jamaica intervening (Original Jurisdiction).
Marc has a Bachelor of Laws degree (Hons.) from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, in Barbados, and a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica. He attended the Hague Academy of International Law Public and Private International Law courses in 2011, and has also received specialised training in trade and economic policy by the United Nations Council for Trade and Development trade, refugee and asylum law and adjudication by the UNHCR/USCIS and negotiations, with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and EQUINOCO.

Sheldon graduated from the University of the West Indies’ Faculty of Law in 2014, and from the Norman Manley Law School in 2016, being admitted to practice in December of that year. Prior to practicing as an attorney, Sheldon gained valuable experience in the Legal Process Outsourcing sector, reviewing and organising voluminous documentation for US trials. Since being admitted to practice, he has appeared in both civil and criminal courts, where he has been commended for the simplicity, clarity, and sound legal analysis of his submissions. His main areas of practice currently include Civil Litigation and Commercial Law.

Yahshuah Akhenaton Ford is a consultant to the firm, based in Maryland, USA. A graduate of Howard University School of Law, he is admitted to the Maryland State Bar Association as a licensed attorney. Yahshuah received his B.Sc. in Political Science from the University of the West Indies, Cavehill Campus. Thereafter, he attained his M.A. in Education from the George Washington University while working for the District of Columbia Public Schools. Yahshuah assists clients with US visa and immigration matters.
